If we have to talk about a representative dish of the gastronomy of our country, the name that automatically comes to mind is ceviche, although in general Peru has many other dishes that represent us and each one according to the geographical regions of our territory. In this opportunity I will tell you about the exquisite ceviche.
Ceviche is a very popular dish in our peru, as well as it is internationally, this culinary delight is a dish of raw fish or shellfish cut into pieces and that has lemon juice, minced onion, chili pepper, salt, cilantro, yuyo, lettuce, potato, sweet potato and yuccas cooked in slices etc.
Next I present the different presentations or types of cevivhes.
Simple ceviche
Este plato como su mismo nombre lo dice, está hecho solo con los ingredientes básicos que son: trozos de pescados, cebolla, ají, sal, jugo de limón y rodajas de papas.
Mixed ceviche
This presentation of mixed ceviche is the maximum expression of the marine wealth that exists in Peruvian cuisine, this delicacy is made by varieties of seafood, lemon juice, onion, coriander, ají limo, sweet potato, corn, lettuce leaves, salt and Pepper.
Combined ceviche
Éste plato esta hecho a base del ceviche clásico, tallarines rojos, papa a la huancaína; sin embargo algunas personas lo suelen acompañar con chanfainita, arroz con mariscos, chicharrones de pollo o pescado y platano o yuca frita.

MY EATING HABITS
Hello, my name is Luis Gilberto pinchi vela, in the mornings at home we always usually have milk or coffee accompanied by a sandwich or sewn eggs.
for lunch my brothers and I always have chicken stew for lunch, this dish is our favorite thanks to mom's custom.
